These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and related subscription services provided by VKVPN. By accessing, signing up for, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, stop using the relevant services. No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. You remain responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

Service Content and Scope

VKVPN provides network acceleration across 110+ countries and 250+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service is designed to improve cross-border access, access to international websites, and connection quality for related online services. The routes, entry points, and client download methods currently available are those shown on the website and in the user panel.

Routes may change with network conditions, regional access requirements, upstream resource adjustments, or maintenance schedules. VKVPN may maintain and adjust route arrangements, access methods, and client features without reducing the core benefits of a subscription. Choose routes based on your location, target service, and actual network conditions.

Account and Subscription Rules

Accounts are for registered users to use under these terms. Subscriptions support an unlimited number of simultaneously connected devices, but this does not permit an account to be publicly shared, rented, resold, or provided to others as a separate network service. Do not publish login credentials, subscription details, or other information that could provide account access, or use subscription benefits for bulk distribution or commercial resale.

You must provide and maintain a working username and password. If account credentials may have been exposed, unauthorized activity occurs, or subscription information is made public, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel. You are responsible for consequences resulting from voluntarily sharing credentials, inadequate protection, or storing subscription information in an untrusted environment.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until fully used and never expire. Confirm the plan type, traffic allowance, and usage method before making a choice, then complete payment using the information shown on the order page.

Acceptable Use Requirements

When using VKVPN, you must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your location and where the service is actually used, while respecting the rules of third-party services. Do not use the service for fraud, infringement of others' rights, distribution of unlawful content, disruption of network systems, unauthorized data access, or other illegal activity. Automated abuse and malicious attacks that affect routes or other users' normal use are also prohibited.

You are solely responsible for content accessed, transmitted, or processed through the service. VKVPN does not determine the specific content you access and does not acquire ownership of that content by providing network connectivity. Third-party websites, applications, and online platforms are operated by their respective providers; their content, rules, and continued availability are outside the control of this service.

Service Availability and Liability

VKVPN performs necessary maintenance on its routes and systems, but network connectivity may still be affected by local carriers, device settings, target-service policies, public network conditions, system updates, and events beyond reasonable control. The service does not promise continuous access to any particular website, application, or region, nor does it guarantee identical performance across all routes and network environments.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency troubleshooting, or upstream resource changes may cause temporary connection changes. Confirm connection status yourself before important operations, and take appropriate steps to back up and protect critical data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VKVPN is not liable for indirect losses arising from third-party service interruptions, device failures, incorrect configuration, or your violation of these terms.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If an account is used for illegal activity, public sharing or resale of subscriptions, service disruption, infringement of others' rights, or repeated violations of these terms, VKVPN may restrict relevant features, suspend service, or terminate the account as appropriate. Decisions will consider the nature of the conduct, its impact, and the information available. Termination does not affect obligations and liabilities that arose before termination.

These terms may be updated due to service changes, compliance requirements, or operational policy changes. Updated content will be posted on this page and will take effect according to the update date shown here. Material changes affecting user rights will be communicated through reasonable methods on the website or in the user panel. Continued use of the updated service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
